**Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life**:
Supervise a high performing team in a manufacturing environment. Is responsible for complying with work programs, supervising a group of employees in charge of training on the production floor. In addition to detecting training and development needs, to implement plans and programs to train, qualify, develop and train all company personnel, coordinating material, technical and human resources to carry out said plans and programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordination of activities of production trainers
- Induction to direct, indirect, administrative staff.
- Compliance with legal requirements before the STPS and attention to all visits, inspections and audits, etc. training related.
- Coordination of the scholarship program for all levels
- Compliance with the training matrix that is carried out annually
- Prepare Annual Training Plan
- Coordination of conference rooms
