Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and drive to enterprise work streams on all aspects of the business
  • Ability to drive and program manage Internal Readiness across functions for setting up of new Transitions
  • Ability to work with executive leadership. Understand strategic direction and provide solution
  • Be responsible for Transitions for the line of service/business for the site
  • Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment
  • Negotiate key process change in introduce innovations for cost effective programs
  • Coach and Mentor team to improve performance, build leadership bench & succession
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of project financials /CBA
  • Working Knowledge of Pricing Models like TBB /outcome based pricing
  • Exposure to automation work/tools/Project Management is a plus.
