Responsibilities
- Provide direction and drive to enterprise work streams on all aspects of the business
- Ability to drive and program manage Internal Readiness across functions for setting up of new Transitions
- Ability to work with executive leadership. Understand strategic direction and provide solution
- Be responsible for Transitions for the line of service/business for the site
- Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment
- Negotiate key process change in introduce innovations for cost effective programs
- Coach and Mentor team to improve performance, build leadership bench & succession
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement
- Knowledge of project financials /CBA
- Working Knowledge of Pricing Models like TBB /outcome based pricing
- Exposure to automation work/tools/Project Management is a plus.
