Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end US recruitment for Pharma / Life Sciences roles
  • Work on positions across: Clinical Research roles, Validation / QA / QC, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Scientific, MSAT, Process Engineering, and relevant domain.
  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and compliance needs
  • Source candidates using: Job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedI...
