Sr. Visual Designer

We currently have strong UX Designers, we're looking for someone to help take our Designs to the next level. 

As a  Sr. Visual Designer  you will craft engaging on-brand experiences for our mobile app, sales app and website. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling and impactful visual content.

As a Sr. Visual Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to deliver visually stunning and effective designs that elevate our brand and engage our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of mediums, including websites, and mobile applications.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and consistent visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and UX/UI designers, to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- User Experience: Collaborate with Product Designers (UX/UI) to ensure that visual design enhances user experience and functionality.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest new ideas and improvements to keep our designs fresh and innovative.
- Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize a library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy access and use by the team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or similar role.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative work across various mediums.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and composition.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Animation: Knowledge of animation tools and techniques is a plus.
- Brand Development: Experiences in developing and evolving brand guidelines
