  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the computer systems that run on the Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Able to perform tasks such as installing and updating software, configuring hardware and networking components, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the security and stability of the network
  • Able to troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical support to users
  • Responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, managing backups and disaster recovery plans
