Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time, on-site Senior Workday Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Workday Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday systems, particularly in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financial Management. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs, configuring Workday solutions, addressing HRIS requirements, and providing ongoing support. Additional responsibilities include delivering effective consultation, conducting training sessions, and facilitating communication between teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Workday solutions.
