**Sr. XD Designer**

**Requirements**:
- We are looking a Senior XD Designer Lead profile (LATAM) to provide support to User Experience.

- Usual senior UX designer profile, with strong emphasis on (skillset needed):
- Ability to provide oversight and hands on work in an end-to-end product design lifecycle (UX capabilities)
- Work with the product team, business, BAs to ensure product is adhering to user centered design process while meeting business needs.
- Oversee and lead a team of designers
