Experience Required: 8-12 years in corporate sales (preferably in the
mobile accessories or consumer electronics industry)

Employment Type: Full-Time



Salary Buket:18lacs to 25lacs





Key Responsibilities:




  • Strategic Sales Leadership:


  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve
    revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships
    to expand the corporate client base.


  • Team Management:


  • Lead and mentor the corporate sales team, setting clear goals
    and performance benchmarks.

  • Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance team skills
    and performance.


  • Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate
    clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.

  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues to maintain
    satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Market Analysis:


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry
    developments to inform sales strategies.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for
    new product development and market expansion.


  • Sales Operations:


  • Oversee the end-to-end corporate sales cycle, from lead generation
    to deal closure.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales
    performance.

  • Ensure face time with Corporate for selling and conduct sales
    presentations.

  • Prospect for potential Corporate using various direct methods
    such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as
    networking, LinkedIn etc.

  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge (Ambrane
    Products) in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects at
    Admin Heads/HR Heads/Marketing Heads/Trade Marketing Heads/IT
    Heads/Loyalty Program Heads etc.
