Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to launch
  • Design and develop mechanical/electrical components and systems based on customer and market requirements
  • Create and manage CAD models, drawings, and design documentation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for prototyping, testing, and validation
  • Ensure products meet performance, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and cost optimization activities
