Summary of the role:

SRE Operations Manager; Digital Planning & Foundations (India) is a leadership role in our Global Talent Hub responsible for establishing Value Stream Observability, build and accelerate Chatbots to speed issue resolution, continuously seek opportunities to drive reliability through improvements in products and platforms, AI agents, and automation.
