Sre (Site Reliability Engineering)

**About You**:  
You are a fit for the role of **Senior Site Reliability Engineer** if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Computer Science or related technical degree preferred. 
- Proven ability to set direction and inspire team members to engage and successfully deliver on Application Support SLA’s.
- Broad understanding of the.NET web technologies and SQL or PLSQL debugging & bug fixes on these technology stack.
- Analytical skills to understand business functionality relationship to code base and stored procedure in RDBMS.
- Past exposure to Tax & accounting or Invoice product support will be added advantage for this role.
- Ability to document bugs as ADO stories and familiar with git hub version control tools.
- Strong customer service, problem solving, technical and communication skill to manage triage calls with business users and incident managers.
- Strong IT Service Management and standards experience.
