  • Knowledge of weld process and
    cycle time

  • Understanding the Manufacturing
    Process

  • Design Knowledge in Machining /
    Assembly Fixtures

  • Selection of tools and standard
    parts for Jig & Fixture Design

  • Design, Detailing and BOM
    Generation of Jig & Fixtures

  • Preparing Design Validation
    Documents, Clamp Validations

  • Selection of Materials and Heat
    Treatment Processes

  • Selection of Machining Process,
    Surface Finish

  • Selection of appropriate
    tolerances
