What you'll do:
Planning, Design, Implementation, and support of Mobile Radio NetworksIdentify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems.Conduct System Integration of Open RAN DU/CU devices in the mobile networkUnderstand Customer infrastructures, their needs and provide expertise and consulting solutionsAnalyze system logs, KPI performance issues and the production environment of OpCos.Support field team with HW installationInstall SW & commission the radio nodesAuthor and present customer facing presentations and written technical materialsAdvanced and proprietary systems work independently and skilled at knowing when to utilize additional resources & escalate.What you must have:
Minimum 5+ years’ of hands-on experience in QA or Systems Engineering on mobile radio/core nodes Experience in wireless industry in Service Provider or Vendor domain. Mobility Access Networks and Network Technologies. Ability to learn fast & adapt in daily workExperience in any one or more of the LTE, UMTS, GSM and other Radio Access Technologies Experience in one or more virtualization technologies like KVM, Openstack and VMware. Experience and understanding of Cloud Native principles with hands on with Dockers, Kubernetes etc. will be a plus. Experience with LAN/WAN,Routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, Tunneling and security protocols is a plusKnowledge of 3GPP specifications for Access and Core interfaces/Protocol. Knowledgeable in-Service Provider methods and practicesExpert written and communications skillsEstablished track record as a problem solver and effective team playerAbility to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel Time critical tasksUnderstanding of RF test tools like NEMO, TEMS, QXDM, Windcatcher etc is a plusAbility to multi- task in a fast-paced environmentFlexible to travel within and outside India which involves upto 60-70% based on project requirementTravel - Mandatory Education Bachelor’s ( or Master’s degree
