  • Will lead the journey of Lupin to transform labs to world class labs.
  • Facilitate automation and institutionalization of advanced technologies in labs     
  • Facilitate and lead laboratory and quality improvement initiatives
  • Create good practices repository w.r.t QC and ensuring harmonization of practices     
  • Capturing and transferring best practices to and from other plants
  • Lead deployment and sustenance of 5S Program
  • Ensure robust analytical methodology for new products, legacy Products and troubleshooting
  • Delivering trainings locally

Work Experience

4-6 Years of experience in Quality labs.

Education

B.Tech in Biotechnology or Food & Drugs

Masters in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
