Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager / AGM – Sales Force Excellence to strengthen sales effectiveness, drive analytics-led decision-making, and enable high-performing sales teams. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of strategy, analytics, systems, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales force analytics and reporting to track productivity, performance, and key KPIs
- Support sales strategy, target setting, and execution aligned with business objectives
- Optimize territory design and resource allocation to maximize market coverage and efficiency
- Identify training needs and partner with teams to enhance sales capabilities
- Design and manage incentive programs aligned with organizational goals
- Lead CRM and sales force automation adoption to improve sales effectiveness
- Ensure compliance, governance, and best practices across sales operations
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a results-driven culture
Key Competencies & Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales force automation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions (Sales, Marketing, HR)
