Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager / AGM – Sales Force Excellence to strengthen sales effectiveness, drive analytics-led decision-making, and enable high-performing sales teams. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of strategy, analytics, systems, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales force analytics and reporting to track productivity, performance, and key KPIs
Support sales strategy, target setting, and execution aligned with business objectives
Optimize territory design and resource allocation to maximize market coverage and efficiency
Identify training needs and partner with teams to enhance sales capabilities
Design and manage incentive programs aligned with organizational goals
Lead CRM and sales force automation adoption to improve sales effectiveness
Ensure compliance, governance, and best practices across sales operations
Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a results-driven culture
Key Competencies & Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales force automation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions (Sales, Marketing, HR)
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
