  • Change Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategies for marketing transformation initiatives (process, technology, org design, capability uplift).
    • Assess change impact, readiness, risk, and stakeholder landscapes across global and regional teams.
    • Build integrated change and communication roadmaps aligned to project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management & Governance
    • Partner with global, regional, and local marketing leaders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and a unified approach to change.
