SSA HR Reporting Sr. Analyst

Position Summary The SSA HR Reporting Sr. Analyst supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant HR reporting by partnering with HR stakeholders to produce operational, regulatory, and analytical reports. This role is responsible for maintaining reporting standards, ensuring data integrity, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Serving as a key contributor within Shared Services Administration (SSA), the SSA HR Reporting Sr. Analyst works closely with SSA, SSA HR Technology, IT, and functional HR teams to improve reporting processes, support system integrations, and respond to routine and ad hoc reporting needs.
