Job Description

Responsible for Positions Management, continuous improvement initiatives and projects in Nemak plants.
**Main Responsibilities**
- EMDCH Americas and Position Management global based on standard catalogs and CoE alignments
- Work with HRIS to ensure HR tools accesses (SAP, Employee Central, Others)
- First point of contact for USA, Europe & Asia
- Data Entry and plan coordination when Merit Increases, annual increases, massive updates, etc. for Salary & Hourly Personnel
- Data Entry and plan coordination when collective bargaining processes in Hourly population.
- Deploy Performance Management Calendar to organize key milestones for Goal Setting / Performance Review. Work with CoE Organization and HIRS to configure HR System and ensure process deployment.
- Process semi-complex data requests in HR tools and Systems
- Escalate cases to HRIS / CoE / SSC Team Lead when inquiries cannot be solved by Back Office Tier 2
