Your Contribution:
As SSC HR Specialist (Total Rewards) based in Ramos Arizpe you will serve as support to solve HR related inquiries which require expertise knowledge.
Resolve tickets submitted by Employees, Global Process Owners, Center of Expertise, Employee Relations Partner, HR Business Partner and other functions. Re-assign and escalate tickets to Tier 1 & 2 , Centers of Expertise when appropriate. Support Success Factors, PeopleDoc, SAP HR Data Management Issues, e.g. Mass data loads. Generate operational reports and prepare data for identification of continuous improvement opportunities. Provide a high level of customer service to employees and other stakeholders.
