  • Product Failure Tracking and Analysis
  • Failure Identification and Recording,
  • Ensuring all product failures are accurately identified, recorded, and categorized
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Efficienct-Timely root cause analyses for identified product failures
  • New product Development.
  • Execution thru PLM to enable real time pate to all stake holders
  • Regular review to check Plan Vs Actual (Service strategy, DFS, service manual)
  • Training To enhance the competency of Engineers / Channel partners.
