Stacker

Gumz Farms is looking for a Stacker. Stackers are responsible for all loading and unloading outbound product as directed. The Stacker will be required to achieve company standards for safety, quality and productivity.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to all food safety and GMP policies

Ability to locate and understand customer repackage requests.

Ability to identify correct package sizes for customer orders.

Ensure all package information is correct as it moves down the conveyor belt.

Make sure all packages are sufficiently sealed.

Following safety regulations, stack finished product packages on correct pallets.

Ensure the correct formation is used during palletizing.

Maintain a clean work area and assist with cleaning other areas as assigned by the supervisor.

Communicate with potential customers, supervisors, managers, quality control personnel, etc. as needed.
