Role Overview

The Accountant will support Accounts Payable, basic General Ledger activities, and accounting operations. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build strong fundamentals in US accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Accounts Payable invoices and expense entries

- Perform basic bank and credit card reconciliations mandatory

- Assist in month-end close activities

- Support vendor reconciliations and follow-ups

- Maintain accounting documentation and records

- Assist with Accounts Receivable invoicing and cash application

- Support payroll accounting entries under supervision

- Coordinate with internal teams on data and reports

Tools & Systems

- QuickBooks Online mandatory

- Excel

- AP Portals

- Email Management

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

- 1-3 years of accounting experience

- Basic understanding of AP and GL processes

- Willingness to learn US accounting standards
