Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant to support their expanding accounting and finance team. This role will work closely with the Controller and play a key part in daily accounting operations, month‑end close, and financial compliance. It offers strong exposure to core accounting processes and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

Reconciliations & General Ledger

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, including:
  • Bank and credit card transactions
  • Chargebacks and account transfers
  • Sales audits for cash activity
• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, deferrals, reclasses, adjustments).

Accounts Payable (Full Owners...
