Staff Accountant

At Align, we are looking for a Staff Accountant with solid experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable to join our growing finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting day to day accounting operations and working closely with U.S.-based finance leadership.

This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and communicating clearly in written English within an international, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AR invoicing, aging, and collections
• Process AP invoices, reconciliations, and payment schedules
• Perform daily accounting tasks using QuickBooks
• Use Excel for tracking and reconciliations
• Communicate clearly and consistently with the finance team
