As the successful candidate, you will play a integral role in supporting the financial soundness of a mission-driven organization that provides an invaluable service to the Toledo community. You will have the opportunity to: • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accepted accounting principles and internal controls. • Support general accounting operations during staff absences, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, grant invoicing, and daily deposits. • Audit weekly accounts payable batches to verify invoice accuracy, proper authorization, and receipt documentation. • Process journal entries for organizational insurance, prepaid expenses, and monthly depreciation of fixed assets. • Reconcile various accounts such as Accounts Receivable, Investment Savings, Scully Fund, and Petty Cash. •...
