Responsibilities

  • Keep our books organized and transactions accurate.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and payment platforms (credit card, ACH, wire).
  • Support accounts are payable/receivable and track expenses.
  • Lend a hand with tax filings (GST/QST/HST, payroll).
  • Help prepare reports that guide important business decisions.

Requirements

  • A recent Accounting/Finance graduate (or close to it!).
  • Up to 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (internship/co-op is great!).
  • Comfortable with Excel, and bonus points if you know QuickBooks Online.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to learn.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a big plus.
