Description
Responsibilities
- Keep our books organized and transactions accurate.
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment platforms (credit card, ACH, wire).
- Support accounts are payable/receivable and track expenses.
- Lend a hand with tax filings (GST/QST/HST, payroll).
- Help prepare reports that guide important business decisions.
Requirements
- A recent Accounting/Finance graduate (or close to it!).
- Up to 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (internship/co-op is great!).
- Comfortable with Excel, and bonus points if you know QuickBooks Online.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to learn.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a big plus.
