Job Description: POSITION TITLE: Staff Associate - Workforce Development (part-time) DEPARTMENT: Business Solutions and Partnerships REPORTS TO: Director of Business Solutions and Partnerships PRIMARY LOCATION : Fall River and New Bedford POSITION STATUS : This is a part-time, grant funded, non-unit position without benefits not to exceed 18.5 hours per week. SALARY : $33.96/hr JOB SUMMARY: Business Solutions and Partnerships is seeking an individual to perform core services to implement workforce training programs in the trades sector, consisting of HVAC Heat Pump training, Welding training, and Crane Operator training. This individual will be responsible for student recruitment, student wrap-around services, student supplies for training, student document tracking, student registration, direct training management and managing student completion leading to job placement.
