**Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:**
+ **Work with end-users and project stakeholder interviews, focus groups, workshops and testing sessions**
+ Assist in the production of relevant UX documentation such as research findings reports, personas, journey maps, etc.
+ Apply innovative and conceptual thinking to create appropriate digital solutions across multiple platforms, whilst skillfully blending user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
+ Constantly apply **user-centered design methodologies** , thus ensuring the solutions are based on real customer needs.
+ **Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs and rationales both verbally and visually** .
+ Effectively present ideas and concepts in tangible forms such as storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc. to a wide audience such as business stakeholders, developers, architects, product ow...
