As Business Intelligence Specialists, employees are integral members of the Health Data Intelligence team, acting as subject matter experts for data onboarding and standardization. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of healthcare data throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities include conducting technical investigations, identifying root causes of data issues, and resolving problems within the team's scope, as well as collaborating with external teams to ensure timely resolution.They work directly with clients submitting Service Requests, efficiently managing the support process. Specialists review data against five critical quality factors—Consistency, Continuity, Completeness, Validity, and Referential Integrity—particularly during client onboarding, implementation, and technical upgrades.
