Job Description
**Overview**
The Staff Design Operations Specialist is a strategic partner to the Center of Money Design team, responsible for bridging the gap between design strategy, business objectives, and product technical execution for the Center of Money portfolio. Supporting a multidisciplinary team of 10–15 designers, this role partners with Design Leadership to oversee the end-to-end delivery of world-class customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Technical Program Managers to align design output with critical product areas, driving high-level prioritization with cross-functional partners in Product Management and Development, and unlocking operational efficiencies across the Consumer Group and CK business units.
