The role can be performed from one of our Canadian offices, remotely from the US or Canada, or a combination of both.

We’re looking for a talented designer researcher with a track record of developing foundational insights that drive decision‑making, prioritization, and strategy with measurable results. Your expertise includes a range of research methodologies such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, ethnography, surveys, and usability testing. You can scope a program of research, set a yearly agenda, and remain flexible in a fast‑paced, rapid‑growth environment.
