ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define power integrity architecture and methodology for advanced multi-die systems and 3D-IC designs

• Provide expert consultation on complex power delivery challenges and chip-package co-design

• Drive innovation in power integrity analysis leveraging machine learning and advanced modeling techniques

• Lead technology pathfinding for next-generation power delivery solutions and analysis capabilities

• Collaborate with architecture, design, and packaging teams to establish power delivery requirements

• Contribute to intellectual property development through patent submissions in power integrity domain

• Publish technical papers and present at industry conferences on advanced power integrity topics

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the power integrity engineering organization

• Drive cross-domain initiatives to optimize power delivery and thermal management
