Job Description
- Technical & Strategy : Relates Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for cross-functional initiatives. Defines and executes improvement activities to enhance process efficiency, with a focus on reducing cycle time.
- Acts as a bridge between R&D EBT and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment across functions.
- Provides mentorship to the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and guidance to support skill development and performance improvement.
- Drives a culture of continuous improvement by leading Kaizen events and proposing innovative ideas to sustain and enhance operational efficiency.
