As a Staff Engineer at Ankorstore, you are one of the most senior technical contributors in the company. You will drive architectural thinking at squad level while contributing directly to key initiatives.
Reporting directly to the VP Product & Tech, you act as:
- A technical partner to leadership, shaping the architectural vision.
- An embedded expert in squads, guiding complex technical decisions and unlocking execution.
- A multiplier for the whole engineering organisation, raising technical quality and helping teams adopt modern patterns.
