Job Description
We are looking for highly experienced Reliability Engineering professionals with a strong engineering background (BE/BTech in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related fields). The ideal candidate should have hands‑on expertise in reliability tools and statistical analysis platforms including Python, JMP, Minitab, DOE++, Weibull++, ALTA, and BlockSim .
Candidates must bring significant experience in designing, validating, executing, and documenting reliability test protocols , especially across HALT, HASS, and Accelerated Life Testing methodologies.
Industry experience from Medical Devices, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Aerospace, or Automation is essential, with a proven track record of working in regulated, high‑reliability product environments
11+ years of total experience.
