+ Product and process development aluminum electrolyte capacitors and supercapacitors
+ Development of product lines radial, SMD capacitors and EDLCs for both non-automotive and automotive (according to IATF) specific requirements
+ Specification of production samples (from prototyping to series production), set-up, triggering and assessment of appropriate tests in the quality department
+ Participation in setup of change proposals and modification of production rules
+ Accompanying evaluation of currently applied materials, components and uncovering potential for standardization in existing product lines
