About the role

We are seeking a Staff Engineer - Web Platform to elevate the reliability, performance, and quality-by-design of Dashlane's Web Platform. This is a high-impact technical leadership role, shaping long-term architectural direction while enabling teams to deliver faster and more confidently at scale.

As a Staff Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical multiplier, designing platform-level quality and observability capabilities, influencing engineering decisions across teams, and embedding a security-first, reliability-driven culture. You will combine deep expertise in quality and testing with broad web and platform engineering knowledge to drive sustainable, measurable improvements to our engineering standards and user experience.
