Staff Engineer (Process Engineering)

Staff Engineer to lead process engineering initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with people leadership, driving process optimization, product transfers, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

What you will do

• Define, standardize, and maintain process documentation (Work Instructions, PFMEA) in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process and quality issues
