Job Description

Responsibilities (Duties):

  • Develop and maintain service-oriented architecture platforms from start to finish. 
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. 
  • Code Build and Deploy Tools such as Jenkins/Code Build. 
  • Applications support / troubleshooting across environments. 
  • Provide mentorship to junior-mid level developers. 
  • Deep familiarity with modern web application technologies & frameworks. 
  • Experience architecture and developing enterprise integrations systems. 
  • Interact with internal stakeholders and external customers. 
  • Solid understanding of Agile or SCRUM development processes and software release processes. 
  • Detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication. 
  • Provide direction on tools and technologies for the team
  • Ability to facilitate discussions within Engineering on matters of technical architecture
  • Work with leadership on project planning and resolution of systemic problems
  • Strong understanding of business impact and business problem domain
  • Effectively delegates technical tasks to junior developers and monitors’ progress
  • Finds the root cause of problems and identifies code and non-code solutions

    • Qualifications:

  • BE/BTECH/MS in Computer Science or equivalent education. 
  • 7+ years of system development experience using the following technologies: 
  • Java i18n 
  • Spring Boot Framework 
  • J2EE Technologies including JSP/Servlets, EJB3, JMS, JDBC, JMX 
  • RESTful Web Services/SOA, XML, XSL 
  • JAX-RS, JSON 
  • Tomcat, JBoss, SQL Server, Mongo DB 
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript 
  • Angular/React SPA Framework, Nodejs 
  • AWS Services – Lambda, SQS, SNS
