  • Plan and prioritize stack builds based on project needs and tester availability.
  • Coordinate material movement between manufacturing, engineering, and R&D.
  • Manage tester allocation and optimize utilization.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives in build and testing processes.
  • Ensure timely execution of product roadmap milestones.
  • Collect and consolidate test data for reporting and analysis.
  • Act as liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams.

Education And Experience Required

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field is desired. Master's in management is preferable.

5+ years with Engineering degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree and exposure to technical project management or engineering coordination is required.
