Staff Environmental Scientist

Padre Associates is an established environmental consulting firm headquartered in Ventura, California, with additional offices in Bakersfield, Sacramento, and San Luis Obispo.

We are currently seeking a Staff Environmental Scientist to join our Environmental Sciences group in the San Luis Obispo office. The position will involve supporting the team conducting air quality and noise assessments in support of project applications and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance. Work tasks will include preparation of air emissions estimates using Excel and other agency recognized software programs, monitoring plan preparation and execution, and noise monitoring and modeling to support CEQA level requirements. Although primarily an office-based position, some field assignments may be required.
