SUMMARY OF ROLE: To work with Process Engineer, Yield/Integration Engineer, Facility, Manufacturing, Equipment Vendor together with Equipment / Process Technicians to optimize and maintain Equipment performance to ensure Safety, Cost, OEE & Quality goals set by company continuously improve. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - To lead team of Equipment / Maintenance Technicians together with other Equipment Engineers to engage and work closely with Manufacturing Supervisors/Specialists, Process Engineer, Facility Team, Equipment Vendors to resolve daily line issues and to sustain the lines. - To provide first level engineering support for Main and Support equipment issues and continuously involved in engineering projects such as cost reduction, OEE improvement, second sourcing, yield & reliability improvement and new line/equipment start-up. - To monitor and sustain daily equipment performance by continuously review equipment data log, err...
