Blackbaud is seeking a Staff Identity and Privileged Access Management Administrator (IAM/PAM) (Tier-1) to support day-to-day identity and privileged access operations across cloud and on-prem environments. What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor IAM request queues and lifecycle workflows.
- Execute standard provisioning/deprovisioning tasks via tooling and automation.
- Resolve routine IAM incidents (SSO/MFA access, group/role assignment errors).
- Support access review campaigns by running reports and tracking remediation tasks.
- Monitor PAM platform for health dashboards and alerts.
