What You Will Be Doing

In this technical lead role you will:
• Be an Industrial Engineering thought leader across the enterprise.
• Develop and define NextGen Industrial Engineering processes and procedures in support of Advanced Development Programs (ADP).
• Apply advanced Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques to analyze business processes to improve cost, schedule, staffing and capacity across the Advanced Development Program line of business.
• Interrogate data systems and look for opportunities to surface problems and drive improvements.
• Drive process improvement efforts to include ensuring adoption and obtainment of intended results.
• Train stakeholders and peers.
