**Staff Manufacturing Engineer**
**Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland.**
**Contract: Permanent Contract.**
**Position Summary:**
This role will provide technical leadership in the Stryker facility in the following areas:
+ Support continuous improvement in manufacturing operation
+ Management of significant engineering projects.
+ Provide technical leadership from an engineering perspective.
+ Ownership of the plant metrics from an engineering perspective.
**Key Areas of Responsibility:**
+ Take a technical leadership role on one or more projects of significance
+ Reports observations/problems clearly and concisely, recognizing and highlighting specific deviations.
