Job Description
Work Flexibility: Hybridyou will lead design control activities, materials engineering and risk management processes throughout the product life cycle and will have significant interaction with PD, Regulatory and Operations. You will support the currently marketed product by analyzing materials and manufacturing processes and make recommendations for improvement; internal specification reviews and updates to align with the latest industry standards. You will contribute to large scale continuous improvement and cost savings projects tied to multiple product lines in Stryker's portfolio. You will focus on not only design improvements from the materials perspective, but also material processing changes (i.e. heat treatment, passivation, welding, etc.) You will work cross functionally to drive our company’s mission and strengthen the Stryker brand.
