Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and clinical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in the respective state or region.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU, MICU, NICU, or Emergency settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
