Staff Product Owner

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Product Owner with deep technical knowledge of frontend technologies to drive the execution and delivery of the Ethos Design System (EDS).

The Product Owner is the technical execution lead responsible for the quality and usability of our code. You serve as the technical bridge between UX and Engineering, converting high-fidelity Figma specifications into precise, actionable requirements. You are responsible for enforcing quality standards, ensuring that no story is accepted unless it meets our rigorous standards for accessibility, performance, and design consistency.
