As a Staff Product Support Engineer / Product Specialist (Cloud Support SME) at Acceldata, You will take on a pivotal role with higher accountability in swiftly resolving complex customer challenges in two or more common Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one. You will focus on delivering faster resolutions and ensuring seamless operations resolution, enabling customers to monitor, predict, and optimize their data systems for impactful business outcomes.

- Experience: 10+ years of related experience in customer-facing support, post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles, with a focus on Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one and Data Lakes.
